宝鸡市世行贷款/英国赠款结核病控制项目实施效果分析

目的:评价宝鸡市2002～2009年世行贷款/英国赠款结核病控制项目实施效果.方法:收集2002～2009年全市结核病月报表、季报表、年报表及项目评估有关工作资料进行分析.结果:全市以县(区)为单位防治与培训策略覆盖率达100％,新涂阳肺结核病人发现率达70％以上,涂阳肺结核病人治愈率达90.5％.有关工作指标达到了世界卫生组织和卫生部要求的目标.结论:世行贷款/英国赠款结核病控制项目实现了阶段性肺结核病人高发现率和高治愈率的目标,防治工作总体成效显著,同时也为结核病防治工作的可持续发展提供了成功模式.

Analysis on implementation effect of World Bank/UK grants to TB control project of Baoji city

Objective：To evaluate the implementation effects of World Bank/UK grants to tuberculosis control project of Baoji city during 2002～2009.Methods：The monthly reports,quarterly reports,annual reports and project working data of TB in the whole city during 2002～2009 were collected and analyzed.Results：The coverage rate of city＇s DOTS strategy with county or district as the unit was 100%.The discovery rate of new smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients reached more than 70%.The cure rate of smear-positive TB patients was 90.5%.The related working indicators achieved the goals required by World Health Organization and the Ministry of Public Health.Conclusion：The TB control project of World Bank/British grants realizes the target of high discovery rate and high cure rate for phased TB patients.The overall effectiveness of prevention and control is significant,which also provides a successful model for sustainable development of TB prevention and control work.
