| 摘 要： | 目的:观察思密达与妈咪爱保留灌肠治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒性肠炎的疗效.方法:我院儿科2009年10月～2010年12月收治腹泻患儿140例,分为常规思密达、妈咪爱口服对照组70例和思密达、妈咪爱保留灌肠治疗组70例,观察两组患儿疗效.结果:治疗组显效率及总有效率明显优于对照组(P＜0.01).结论:思密达、妈咪爱保留灌肠治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒性肠炎疗效好,未发现不良反应,值得临床推广.
