| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨髋关节结核的影像学特点.方法:回顾性分析8例髋关节结核病例的临床资料,并对X线、CT、MRI检查进行评价.结果:8例髋关节结核患者X线、CT、MRI检查有不同程度的特征性表现,MRI对早期诊断髋关节结核效果较好.结论:典型的髋关节结核患者据临床表现及影像学检查可作出诊断,其中MRI是诊断早期髋关节结核的最敏感性指标.

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the imaging characteristic of hip joint tuberculosis.Methods:The clinical data in 8 cases of hip joint tuberculosis were retrospectively analyzed on the characteristics of X-ray,CT and MRI.Results:X-ray,CT and MRI on all patients showed the characteristic manifestations in different extents.MRI was better one for early diagnosis.Conclusion:The typical case of hip joint tuberculosis can be diagnosed according to clinical symptoms and imaging findings.MRI is a sensitive examination. |
