纤维蛋白原在冠心病中的作用和临床意义

目的:探讨纤维蛋白原在冠心病中的作用,及纤维蛋白原与冠心病传统危险因素之间的关系.方法:将行冠状动脉造影的患者220例根据冠状动脉造影结果分为冠心病组120例和正常对照组100例,比较两组间纤维蛋白原水平,并进行多因素分析.结果:纤维蛋白原在冠心病患者中(3.64±0.76)g/L明显高于对照组(2.89±0.62)g/L,P＜0.05,对冠心病的相对危险为3.34(P＜0.05).结论:纤维蛋白原在冠心病的发病过程中有促进作用,可作为预测冠心病风险的一个指标.

Role and its clinical significance of fibrinogen in coronary heart disease

Objective：To investigate the role of plasma fibrinogen（FIB） in coronary heart disease（CHD） and its relation with conventional risk factors.Methods：220 cases of coronary arteriography were divided into 2 groups according to the results of coronary arteriography,CHD group（n=120） and control group（n=100）.The FIB levels were compared between the two groups and performed the multifactor analysis.The change of FIB was observed in CHD.Results：The FIB level in the CHD group was（3.64±0.76）g/L,which was significantly higher than（2.89±0.62） g/L in the control group（P0.05）.The FIB relative risk to CHD was 3.34（P0.05）.Conclusion：FIB has the promoting effect on the pathogenic process of CHD,which may be used as an index to predict CHD risk.
