| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨右美托咪定对腰椎手术中血流动力学和麻醉药用量的影响.方法:选取拟行腰椎手术患者100例,随机分成Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,V组.记录术中血压,心率等指标,同时记录术中麻醉药物的用量.结果:术中芬太尼,瑞芬太尼,丙泊酚的用量Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组、V组与Ⅰ组相比差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).5组患者不同麻醉时间点之间收缩压和心率的组内差异有统计学意义,但组间差异无统计学意义.结论:右美托咪定对腰椎手术的麻醉中可以减少阿片类药物和丙泊酚的用量；右美托咪定可以作为腰椎手术的麻醉辅助药,可以使用0.5～1.0 μg/kg的负荷剂量和0.5～1.0μg/(kg·h)的维持剂量.

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the influence of dexmedetomidine on hemodynamics and narcotic consumption in lumbar vertebral surgery.Methods：100 patients undergoing lumbar vertebral surgery were randomly divided into five groups.Systolic blood pressure,heart rate and narcotic consumption were recorded.Results：The intraoperative fentanyl,remifentanyl and propofol dosages in groupⅡ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ and Ⅴ were significantly lower than that in groupⅠ with statistical difference（P0.05）.There were no statistical difference between groups in systolic blood pressure and heart rate during perioperative period.Conclusion：Dexmedetomidine,with a loading dose of 0.5～1.0 μg/kg and maintenance dose of 0.5～1.0 μg/kg·h,seems to be an effective adjunct to anesthetic agents in lumbar vertebral surgery. |
