| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨乙肝患者前S1抗原与血清标志物和HBV-DNA的关系,及对乙肝的诊疗价值.方法:用酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测283例乙肝血清HBV-M和PreS1-Ag,用荧光定量PCR法同时检测HBV-DNA.结果:对乙肝血清标志物5种模式进行分析,模式①中PreS1-Ag的阳性率(72.9％)和HBV-DNA的阳性率(95.8％)高于模式②中PreS1-Ag的阳性率(37.7％)和HBV-DNA的阳性率(40.6％),两种模式间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).128例PreS1-Ag阳性患者中HBV-DNA阳性率78.1％(100/128),HBeAg阳性率为54.7％(70/128),两者差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论:PreS1-Ag与HBV-DNA在反映不同血清型乙肝病毒的复制方面一致性较好；尤其是HBeAg阴性的乙肝患者,检测血清PreS1-Ag和HBV-DNA在乙肝诊断和治疗中具有重要临床意义.
