Mohs显微外科手术在头面部恶性肿瘤治疗中的应用

目的:探讨Mohs显微外科手术方法对头面部皮肤恶性肿瘤治疗的效果及预后.方法:70例皮肤恶性肿瘤采用经典外科手术方法或Mohs显微外科手术方法切除肿瘤.结果:70例患者中采用经典外科手术方法治疗42例,随访时间6个月～6年,全部患者未见远处转移,有4例患者局部肿瘤复发再次经经典外科手术方法切除后临床痊愈.采用Mohs显微外科方法治疗28例,随访时间6个月～2年,患者未见肿瘤局部复发以及远处转移.结论:皮肤恶性肿瘤的手术治疗方法应当首选Mohs显微外科手术,在保证肿瘤被完整切除干净的同时,最大限度地保留正常皮肤组织,减少手术对患者容貌的过度破坏.

Application of Mohs microsurgery for treating head and face malignant tumors
