| 摘 要： | 目的:评价六种治疗肺炎用药方案的成本与疗效.方法:收集肺炎病例321例,按用药方案不同分为A、B、C、D、E、F六组,观察各组疗效并进行成本与效果分析.结果:各组治愈率和不良反应发生率之间比较均无显著性差异(P＞0.05);成本与效果比分别为14.27、16.97、15.09、21.06、21.6、24.12.结论:A组方案治疗肺炎较佳.

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the cost-effectiveness of six medication regimens in the treatment of pneumonia.Methods: 321 cases of pneumonia were collected and divided into A,B,C,D,E,F groups according to medication regimens.The therapeutic effects were observed among the various groups and the cost-effectiveness analysis was performed.Results:There was no significant differences in the cure rate and the rate of adverse reactions among various groups(P>0.05).The cost-effectiveness ratios were 14.27,16.97,15.09,21.... |
