| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨中药液保留灌肠对慢性肾衰竭(chronic renal failure,CRF)肾功能的影响及临床护理策略.方法:将40例慢性肾衰竭患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在对照组治疗(西医治疗)基础上加用中药液100 mL保留灌肠,每日2次,疗程均为2个月,治疗期间每15 d测定血肌酐、尿素氮、内生肌酐清除率,观察两组治疗前后肾功能变化和临床护理效果.结果:治疗组在用药前后肾功能变化值与对照组同期相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:中药液保留灌肠作为治疗CRF患者延缓肾衰进展的有效方法,临床护理策略在治疗慢性肾衰竭中起着非常重要的作用.
