| 摘 要： | 目的:观察pH试纸法和指示剂法对测定尿路感染患者尿液pH值的有效率.方法:将本院78例颅脑损伤住院尿路感染患者的尿标本,用两种方法测定其pH值,并对结果进行分析.结果:指示剂的有效率为69.23%,pH试纸法的有效率为88.46%,两者比较,两种方法差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:pH试纸法具有较高的准确检出率,可在临床中推广使用.
