新生儿肺透明膜病的X线影像诊断分析

目的:分析新生儿肺透明膜病的临床资料和X线影像特征,提高放射科医生对本病的认识和诊断水平.方法:回顾分析经临床综合诊断19例新生儿透明膜病的X线影像资料.结果:6例表现为双肺野透光度降低,肺野内均匀散在分布的微小细颗粒影.约呈网状阴影.11例表现为双肺弥漫性典型毛玻璃影像,其中6例可见双肺外围支气管充气征象.2例左肺不透光,呈"白肺"样改变,1例并发气胸征象.结论:新生儿肺透明膜病的X线表现具有一定特征性,结合临床资料,可及时、准确鉴别诊断.

Analysis on X-ray imaging diagnosis of neonatal pulmonary hyaline membrane disease

Objective：To analyze the clinical data and X-ray image characteristics of neonatal pulmonary hyaline membrane disease（HMD） to improve the radiologists′ level of cognition and diagnosis of HMD.Methods：The X-ray image data in 19 cases of HMD diagnosed clinically and comprehensively were retrospectively analyzed.Results：6 cases revealed the transmittance reducing in double-lung fields with evenly and scattered tiny particles shadow,which presenting reticular shadows.11 cases showed the diffuse typical ground-glass images in double-lung fields,among them 6 cases manifested the signs of air-filled peripheral bronchi.2 cases had opacity in left lung field,showing ＂white lung＂ change.1 case was complicated by pneumothorax sign.Conclusion：The X-ray performances of neonatal HMD have some characteristics,which may be diagnosed timely and accurately by combining with clinical data.
