| 摘 要： | 目的:了解人工髋关节置换术后住院病人康复知识教育的效果.方法:2009年1～3月在福建某三级甲等医院骨科确诊为髋部疾患并接受人工全髋置换手术治疗的38例住院病人,进行康复知识教育,并把宣教前后病人对康复知识的掌握程度进行比较.结果:人工全髋关节置换术后病人在康复知识教育后对康复知识的掌握程度明显高于教育前(P＜0.01).结论:实行康复知识教育能使患者疾病相关知识及康复技能掌握率增加,在帮助患者恢复机体功能,减少并发症的发生,提高生活质最和生活满意度方面有一定作用.
