| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨通心络联合单硝酸异山梨酯治疗不稳定型心绞痛(Unsfable angina pectoris,UAP)的临床效果.方法:将我院UAP患者60例随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规西医综合治疗,在此基础上观察组加用通心络治疗,观察两组治疗效果.结果:观察组患者治疗后心绞痛发作次数及心电图改善情况明显优于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组总有效率为93.33%,对照组为66.67%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).两组均无明显的不良反应产生.结论:通心络联合单硝酸异山梨酯治疗UAP的疗效明确,安全性高,值得应用.
