| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨生脉注射液对离体蟾蜍心脏心肌收缩力和心率的影响以及其机制.方法:用斯氏法制备离体蟾蜍心脏标本,用BL-410生物系统记录心脏的收缩力和心率.结果:生脉注射液对离体蟾蜍心脏心率有降低的作用(P＜0.05)；而生脉注射液可明显增加心肌收缩力(P＜0.05).生脉注射液可对抗维拉帕米对心肌的负性作用,具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:生脉注射液对离体蟾蜍心脏心率有降低作用,对心肌收缩力有正性作用,其作用可能与促进钙离子内流有关.

| Abstract: | Objective：To study the effect of Shenmai Injection on myocardial contractility and heart rate of isolated toads and its mechanism.Methods：The isolated hearts were prepared with Straub′s method.The hearts contractions and heart rate were recorded with BL-410 biological recorder.Results：Shenmai Injection reduced the heart rate and increased the myocardial contractility of isolated toad heart（P0.05）.Shenmai Injection could antagonize verapamil′s negative effect on myocardium with statistical significance.Conclusion：Shenmai Infection has the effect to reduce the heart rate of isolated toad heart and the positive action to the myocardial contractility,which mechanism may be related with promoting influx of calcium ion. |
