| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨雌二醇氮芥联合拉司太特化疗对雄激素抵抗性前列腺癌的疗效。方法：选择12例已进行正规内分泌治疗≥3个疗程,病变呈进展趋势的患者,采用雌二醇氮芥与拉司太特联和化疗。结果：经1～3年随访,8例骨转移者治疗后症状均有不同程度缓解,复查骨扫描好转5例（62.5%）,稳定3例（37.5%）,中位有效期3个月,中位生存期23个月。结论：采用雌二醇氮芥与拉司太特（VP-16）联和化疗可提高患者生存质量及延长生存期。
