| 摘 要： | 目的:观察腹腔镜联合手术治疗妇科疾患合并胆囊炎、胆结石的疗效.方法:100例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组妇科疾患合并胆日囊炎、胆结石患者行腹腔镜联合手术,对照组行同样类型的腹腔镜妇科手术.结果:手术均获成功.两组患者术后下床活动时间、术后平均住院日等相比均无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:腹腔镜联合手术可1次手术解决多部位疾患,具有创伤小、恢复快的优势,值得推广.
