| 摘 要： | 小肠疾病的临床诊断非常困难，传统的检查方法往往无法明确病因。近年来，小肠内镜检查技术获得突破性进展。该文阐述胶囊内镜和双气囊小肠镜的开发、应用和临床评估，两者联合应用，必要时辅以血管造影等检查，可提高小肠疾病的诊断水平。

| Abstract: | it is very difficult to diagnose intestinal diseases because of the limitation of traditional detection methods. However, these was made a great breakthrough in the technology of intestinal endoscopy in recent years. The article reviews the development, application and clinical evaluation of capsule endoscopy and double-balloon enteroscopy, and predicts that endoscopy would improve the diagnosis of intestinal diseases by combining both techniques, if necessary, with addition of digital subtraction angiography. |
