| Abstract: | A 24-year-old female patient was treated for many years for "verrucae vulgares". Signs of porokeratosis were found by microscopy. Her medical history, the distribution of the hyperkeratotic-verruciform lesions and the characteristic histology features permitted the diagnosis to be made of porokeratosis plantaris, palmaris et disseminata. |
