老年人原发性蛛网膜下腔出血38例临床体会

目的：分析老年人原发性蛛网膜下腔出血（SAH）的临床症状、体征,便于早期诊断、治疗。方法：对2006～2009年本院收治的38例老年人SAH（老年组）和52例中青年组SAH（对照组）的临床表现进行比较。结果：老年人SAH头痛、呕吐发生率低,脑膜刺激征不明显,而意识障碍及精神障碍多见,死亡率高。结论：掌握老年人SAH的临床特点,及早进行腰穿及头CT检查,以免误诊,降低死亡率。

Clinical experience of elderly primary subarachnoid hemorrhage 38 cases

Objective：To analyed the clinical symptoms and signs of primary subarachnoid hemorrhage in the elderly.Methods：To compare the clinical manifestations about 38 cases of elderly SAH（older group） and 52 cases of the young SAH（control group） in our hospital in 2006-2009.Results：It was low incidence of headache and vomiting in the older group,meningeal irritation was not obvious.But the disturbance of consciousness and mental disorders were more common and high mortality.Conclusion：Grasp the clinical features of elderly SAH,early on waist wear and head CT examination,then to avoid misdiagnosis,reduce mortality.
