临床技能竞赛给诊断学教学带来的思考

摘    要:全国高等医学院校大学生临床技能竞赛受到各高等院校的高度重视,诊断学作为临床课的基础,其涵盖的内容均为比赛的考点.如何以临床技能竞赛为契机,提高诊断学教学,是我们目前面临的一个重要课题.文章从强化规范化操作和基本知识训练、培养准确查对习惯、强化重点体查的培训、加强沟通能力及人文关怀的培养、提高学生临床分析判断能力等几个方面来阐述临床技能竞赛给诊断学教学带来的思考.

Thought of reform in diagnostics teaching brought by clinical skills competition

Abstract:The national medical college and university students'clinical skills competition is increasingly taken seriously by the country- wide colleges and universities. And all contents of diagnostics, as the foundation of the clinical courses, are contained in this competi- tion. Then, how to improve the diagnostics teaching through it is an important issue faced with currently. This article shows our pro- found thinking about the reform in the diagnostics teaching brought by the contest in the following parts : Strengthening the standard op- eration and elementary knowledge training, cultivating the precise checking habit, enhancing the training focused on the key physical examination, strengthening the ability of communication and hmnanistic care, improving the clinical analytical ability.
