| 摘 要： | 目的探讨心理疗法在老年肛肠病患者围手术期的应用效果。方法将80名老年肛肠病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各40人,观察组利用人文关怀,进行系统的健康教育,对照组仅在围手术期接受一般性指导。对比两组患者术中配合程度、不良反应及患者满意度。结果观察组术中配合情况明显好于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组术中不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论系统的围手术期人文关怀,给予健康教育及指导能提高老年肛肠病患者对手术治疗的依从性,减少术中并发症,简单易行,值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluation the effect of humanistic concern in the perioperation period for elderly anorectal disease patients. Methods Eighty elderly anorectal disease patients have been divided into observation group and control group randomly with 40 cases in each group,and the humanistic concern has been used in the observation group. The cooperation degree,adverse reactions and patient satisfaction have been compared for these two groups. Results The cooperation degree for observation group is higher than the control group,P〈0.05,and the adverse reactions incidence rate lower than the control group. Conclusions System humanistic care and health guide will improve compliance operation treatment,decrease intraoperative complications for elderly anorectal disease patients in perioperation period. |
