颌面部火器伤致颅脑损伤的实验研究

摘    要:实验用犬52只,猪头20其.分别用重1.03g.平均射速800m/s和1400m/s的钢球致伤颌面部.伤后早期(即刻、1h、6h)分别观察颌面和颅脑伤情.分析损伤发生条件。取脑组织标本行光、电镜观察.了解损伤病理特点。测定伤后瞄水含量,脑和血中ANP、LPO,SOD、CSF-CK-BB活性变化及相互关系.研究伤后机体的病理生理改变.用生物物理学方法记录致伤瞬间脑内压力、头颅冲击加速度和颅骨骨应变,探讨致伤时的生物力学变化,研究损伤发生机制。并对该项研究的临床意义进行了讨论。

Abstract:Fifty-two dogs and twenty heads of pig were used. The Maxillofarial regions of the animeals were wounded by steel spheres weighting 1. 03g with a mean impacting velocity of 800m/s and 1400m/s to produce serious firearm wounds of the face. The maxillofacial and brain injures were examined at 0 hour, one hour and six hours after wounding. The brain specimens were studies under light and electron microscopes and the values of ANP, LPO, SOD and CSF-CK-BB of brain and plashes were deter mined. Their relationship was studied at defferent intervals slier wound to assess the pathological and pathophysiological characteristics of brain damage. The intracerebral pressure, acceleration of the skulland stress and strain of cranial bones were also recorded with biophysical methods at the moment of trauma to study the changes in biomechanics and mechanism of injury. The clinical significanees of the experiment were discussed in the article.
