摘    要:本实验应用成年家兔5只,在3%戊巴比妥钠静脉麻醉下,于左腋神经进入四边孔前大约0.5cm处横断主干,在近侧端涂沫HRP(SigmaⅥ)0.3mg,三天后将动物过量麻醉致死并进行常规灌流,取脊髓C_4~C_8节段及相应的神经节,光镜下进行标记细胞观察,右侧神经节作为对照,实验结果表明,脊髓C_5~C_7左侧腹角前外侧部出现标记细胞,左侧C_6、C_7神经节出现大量的标记细胞。

Abstract:An experiment was performed with five adult rabbits by the means of horseradish peroxidase (HRP), which was smeared on the proximal cut ends of left axillary nerves. In all the 5 animals, a number of labeled cells appeared in the ipsilateral C_6 and C_7 segments of spinal ganglia. However, the labeled cells in spinal cords were found in the ipsilateral ventral gray horn of C_5~C_7 segments of 4 animals and in the ipsitateral ventral gray horn C_6 andC_7 segments of 1 animal.
