高压氧对动物牙周袋底菌斑和厌氧菌的影响

摘    要:目的 研究高压氧(HBO)对动物牙周炎袋底细菌数量的影响。方法 用丝线缝扎加喂含10%糖的食料形成动物牙周炎,用 0.25 MPa HBO暴露60 min,每日1次,连续2周。在 0、8周及治疗结束时(10周)和结束后 1个月(14周)时用刚果红负性染色法观察牙周袋袋底菌斑不同形态细菌比率,用厌氧手套培养箱对袋底厌氧菌计数。结果 HBO治疗结束时(10周)球菌比率较牙周炎组明显增加,螺旋体、直杆菌、弯杆菌、梭状菌比率均减少,厌氧菌总数明显减少。14周时球菌、直杆菌、杆菌、梭状菌、螺旋体比率和厌氧菌总数与10周时相近(P>0.05)。结论 HBO治疗能使牙周袋底直杆菌、弯杆菌、梭状菌、螺旋体比率明显减少,且作用维持1个月以上。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO) on subgingival plaque morphology of animal periodontitis. Methods Periodontitis was formed with silk thread sutured combine with high content sugar diet. For HBO therapy, they were exposed to a pressure of 0.25 MPa (2.5 ATA), breathing pure oxygen one session a day for 60 mins. And the animals received 2-week treatment sessions. The changes of suhgingival plaque morpholoy of each animal group were analyzed by Congo red negative staining and the suhgingival anaerobes were identified and counted as routine in base time, week 8, therapeutic stop (week 10) and 1 month after therapeutic stop (week 14). Results Assessment of spirochetes, straight rods, curved rods and fusiformas indicated that statistically significant differences were found in group HBO in week 10 when compared with periodontitis group, and more significant differences of anaerobes could be found when comparisons were made between HBO group and periodontitis group ( P < 0.01) . Very significant increase could be detected in coccoid cell of HBO group than those of periodontitis group in week 10, but no significant differences were observed in coccoid cell, straight rods, curved rods, fusiforms, spirochetes and anaerobes between week 10 and week 14 ( P > 0.05) . Conclusion The percentage of straight rods, curved rods, fusiforms, spirochetes in animals markedly decreased after HBO therapy, and the therapeutic effects could last for more than 1 month.
