妊高征患者胎盘滋养细胞Fas及FasL表达的研究

目的探讨妊娠高血压综合征(妊高征)患者胎盘滋养细胞Fas及FasL的表达及意义.方法采用免疫组织化学法观察25例妊高征患者(妊高征组)胎盘Fas及FasL的表达及其与妊高征病情及新生儿出生体重的关系,并与25例正常妊娠妇女(正常妊娠组)比较.结果Fas及FasL主要表达于胎盘绒毛合体滋养细胞及细胞滋养细胞的胞膜及胞浆内.与正常妊娠组比较,妊高征组胎盘FasL表达显著降低(P＜0.05),轻度,中度,重度妊高征患者胎盘FasL表达,差异有显著性,而妊高征组滋养细胞表达Fas的水平却显著增加(P＜0.05)且轻度与中度及重度比较,差异有显著性.妊高征组胎盘Fas及FasL的表达与新生儿出生体重均无明显相关性.结论妊高征患者胎盘滋养细胞Fas及FasL表达失衡,通过免疫途径诱导滋养细胞发生级联凋亡反应,可能与妊高征的病因及病理过程有关.

Placental expression of Fas and Fas ligand in pregnancy induced hypertension

Objective: To investigate the expression of Fas and FasL in placenta in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension (PIH). Methods: Fas and FasL of placenta was determined by immunohistological method and compared between normal late pregnancy (25 cases) and pregnancies accompanied by PIH (25 cases).Results: Positive immunostain of Fas and FasL was mainly located in the cytoplasm and membrane of syncytiotrophoblast and cytotrophoblast FasL expression was significantly less and Fas expression significantly greater in the villus trophoblast among the study subjects compared with controls. There was statistically significant difference of Fas and FasL expression in placenta among women with mild, moderate and severe PIH .There was no relationship between Fas and FasL expression in placenta and the weight of the newborns in the study group.Conclusions: Altered expression of Fas and FasL in trophoblasts might influence pathogenesis or sequelae of PIH.
