| 摘 要： | 目的研究原位肝移植术(OLT)中的抗凝与纤溶功能的改变。方法对14例肝病患者施行肝移植手术中抗凝及纤溶系统的功能进行了系统的观察。结果发现在OLT术中,抗凝系统活性经历从升高到降低,随后重新升高的过程。纤溶系统随手术进行而加强,并且在重新灌注5min和灌注1h时达到最高点。结论准确及时地监测肝移植过程中止凝血及纤溶功能的变化是进行有效调控出凝血平衡的重要手段。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the variation of anti-coagulation and fibrinolysis function in orthotopic liver transplantation(OLT).Methods The anti-coagulation and fibrinolytic function were assessed systematically in 14 cases of OLT.Results The anti-coagulation function increased at first,then reduced gradually and recovered at last.The fibrinolytic function increased gradually during operation,reached the highest level in the reinfusion and 1 hour after reinfusion.Conclusions The detections of anti-coagulation and fibrinolysis function in OLT and the effective measures to rectify anti-coagulation and fibrinolysis function by monitoring the changes timely and accurately in OLT. |
