无菌持物钳使用方法改进的研究

摘    要:目的对医院内使用的干、湿置无菌持物钳细菌污染程度进行监测及使用方法的改进. 方法对病区使用的干、湿置无菌持物钳,通过不同季节环境温度、湿度、空气细菌检测进行比较. 结果发现干、湿置无菌持物钳均不能保持无菌状态;环境的温度、湿度、空气细菌菌落数与无菌持物钳的污染程度之间呈正比(P<0.01和<0.001). 结论无论是干、湿置无菌持物钳造成无菌物品的2次污染都不可避免,因此,我们将持物钳、纱布、棉球、器械等物品均改塑封小包装,经临床使用1年,质量可靠,降低了成本,简化了操作流程,为临床干、湿无菌持物钳的使用方法的改进提供了科学依据.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the contaminative degree of the dry and wet aseptic holding forceps in the hospital and improve their using method. METHODS During different seasons, the clinical dry and wet holding forceps were compared under different temperature, humidity and by air bacilli investigation. RESULTS Neither the wet nor the dry holding forceps could keep aseptic in the examination. There was a significant correlation between the polluted level of holding forceps and the air bacilli, the environmenal temperature, and the humidity (P<0.01, 0.001). CONCLUSIONS Neither the dry nor the wet holding forceps can avoid being polluted secondarily. Therefore, we must change the packing of holding forceps, gauze, tampon and some other articles into the small plastic casing. The reliable quality, economy and convenient aseptic manipulation can be approved after one year using. This provides a scientific basis for improving the clinical use methods of the holding forceps.
