外伤性白内障人工晶状体前囊夹持法植入术

目的：评估外伤性白内障前囊夹持法植入后房人工晶状体的安全性和有效性，方法：对17例后囊有较大破口的外伤性白内障病例，采用晶状体前囊夹持法植入后房人工晶状体，观察术后视力及并发症。随访3－66月，平均38．2月，结果：术后矫正视力≥0．5者12例（70．6％），人工晶状体位置稳定，未发现白发性白内障，视网膜脱离，继发性青光眼或顽固性和葡萄膜炎，结论：对于晶状体后囊有较大破孔，前囊存在的外伤性白内障病例，用前囊夹持法植入后房人工晶状体，是一种简便安全有效的方法。

A clinical study of the surgical techniques of anterior capsule captured posterior chamber intraocular lens for traumatic cataract.

Objective To evaluate the safety and effect of the surgical techniques of anterior capsule captured posterior chamber IOL for traumatic cataract.Methods The sugrical techniques of anterior capsule captured posterior IOL was performed in 17 eyes of traumatic cataract with big rupture of posterior capsule.The results of vision and postoperative complications were investigated.Results The visula acuty of 12 eyes (70 6%) was 0 5 or better.The position of IOL were optical Complications of after cataract,retinal detachment,secondary glaucoma or persisitent uveitis were not found.Conclusion The technique of anterior capsule captured posterior chamber IOL for traumatic cataract is convenient and safe,which can be used for cases with an intact anterior capsule and severely ruptured posterior capsule.
