偏瘫患者站立位平衡能力定量研究

目的：定量分析中风后偏瘫患者站立位平衡能力以及偏瘫患者平衡能力与健康对照组之间的差异。方法：采用配对设计研究，受试者包括２１例具备独立站立能力的中风后偏瘫患者及２１名健康对照者。所有受试者均使用ＳＴ９３９人体重心平衡测定仪进行平衡定量测定。结果：偏瘫组无论在睁眼或闭眼状态下，其重心移动占据面积均明显大于对照组（Ｐ＜０．００１）；路径总长明显长于对照组（Ｐ＜０．００１）；重心平均摆动速度亦明显快于对照组（Ｐ＜０．００１）。结论：偏瘫患者站立位平衡能力明显降低。使用人体重心平衡测定仪可获得平衡功能的定量资料，有助于制定合理的康复计划

Evaluation of balance ability in standing persons with hemiplegia

Objective:To realize the features of balance ability in standing people with hemiplegia after stroke.Methods:The agematched study subjects included 21 patients with hemiplegia and 21 control subjects.Static posturography of all subjects were measured by using a computerized static posturography platform.Results:The trace surface of gravity movement was significantly larger in the patients with hemiplegia than in control subjects(P<0.001),and the trace length was longer in the patients with hemiplegia than in control subjects(P<0.001).Mean velocity of body away was faster in the patients with hemiplegia than in control subjects (P<0.001). Conclusion:Hemiplegic patients after stroke demonstrate an obvious deficit in their ability to maintain posture.The analysis of all the patameters obtained by posturography platform could provide useful information to guide the rehabilitation programs for the patients with hemiplegia.
