介入性诊治输卵管梗阻79例

目的：探讨选择性输卵管造影（SSG）和再通术（FTR）在诊治输卵管梗阻方面的安全性，有效性及提高输卵管疏通率的方法。方法：在DSA下和COOK公司的FTC－900系列器材对79例149条梗阻的输卵管施行SSG和FTR，每个病例在行子宫输卵管造影（HSG）和FTR之前均注入适量的利多卡因。结果：149例输卵管中有41条经SSG后即疏通，86条经FTR后才疏通，有效率达85．2％，随访20例中有9例在半年内受孕。结论：选择性输卵管造影和再阳术是安全，有效的，且创伤小，是诊治输卵管梗阻性不孕症的首选方法。

Interventional diagnosis and treatment of fallopian tube obstruction for 79 cases

Objective:To evaluate the safety and efficacy and patent rate to improve of selective salpingography combined with fallopian tube recanalization for interventional diagnosis and treatment of fallopian tube obstruction Methods:Under DSA 149 tubes of 79 cases were diagnosed.SSG and FTR were performed with FTC-900 catheters from Cook company injecting proper lidocaine through the catheter.Results:41 of 149 became patent by SSG.86 of remaining 108 were made patent by FTR.Effective rate was 85 2%,21 cases of follow up showed 9 intrauterine pregnancies in half a year.Conclusions: It is safe and effective to diagnosis and treatment of fallopian tube obstruction.SSG and FTR are the first selecting method.
