摘    要:目的:观察不孕患者输卵管阻塞情况,分析原发性和继发性不孕症患者输卵管阻塞程度差异。方法:对124例不孕症女性患者进行直接法子宫输卵管核素造影(DRNHSG)或碘油造影(HSG)。

Abstract:Objective:To study the obstructive degree of fallopian tubes primary and secondary infertility patients.Methods:the 124 cases of infertility patients were imaged with direct radionuclide hysterosalpingography(DRNHSG)by SPECT,or with hysterosalpingography(HSG)by X-ray equipment.Results:in 148 number tubal of 74 cases infertility patients with DRNHSG,there are 71 entire obstructive tubes and 30 incomplete,its rate of positive is 85.1%.There are 67 entire obstructive tubes in 100 number tubal of 50 cases infertility patients with HSG,its rate of positive is 78.0%,is no different with that with DRNHSG,P>0.05.Between the primary and secondary infertility patients the rates of bilateral tubal obstruction are all higher than that of single,P<0.05.The number of absolute occulative tubes of primary infertility patients is more than that of incomplete,P<0.01,and the number of absolute occulative tubes in primary infertility is higher than that in secondary,P<0.05.Conclusions:DRNHSG and HSG are all the dependable method of examining the obstructive degree of fallopian tubes,DRNHSG can evaluate the tubal function,and HSG can observe the tubal pathological changes.primary infertility patients have many entire obstructive tubes,and there is mainly unblocked tubes in secondary infertility patients,whose fallopian tubes maybe have functional disorders.
