摘    要:目的:提高卵巢肿瘤CT诊断的准确性。材料与方法:经手术和(或)病理证实的130例卵巢,其中良性72例,恶性58例。重点分析其CT征象。结果:囊性(46例)、实性(29例)、囊实性(55例)以及合并周围组织或脏器粘(45例)是卵巢肿瘤的主要CT表现。其中囊性表现多见于良性卵巢肿瘤(36/46例,占78%),恶性肿瘤以实性表现居多(25/29例,占86%)囊实性和(或)合并周围组织粘连组织粘连既可出现

Abstract:Objective:To look for promoting the CT diagnostic accuracy in ovarian neoplasms.Materials and Methods:130 cases ovarian neoplasms collected from four hospitals were performed by CT scan and B Ultrasonics(US)and proved by pathology.Among them,there were benignant tumors 72 cases and malignant 58.CT manifestations were impressively analyzed.Results:Cystic foci,solid,cyst solid and mixed adhering surrounding tissues were the mainly signs appearing in different form ovarian tumors,in which benign ones more seen in cystic foci and solid in malignant.Both tumors the benign and the malignant may be shown the cyst solid and mixed adhering signs and included foci's size edge,density,contrast enhencement.Conclusion:It is necessary to further quest diagnostic accuracy in ovarian neoplasms due to organization closed complicated connection in pelvis and CT manifestation to be of manifold changeable in tumor itself.
