| 摘 要： | 目的 :通过动物实验探讨超声导向门静脉瘤栓穿刺注射胶体32磷酸铬治疗门静脉瘤栓的可行性。方法 :分别将胶体32磷酸铬或生理盐水注入新西兰白兔门静脉左支及其邻近肝实质内 ,观察实验前后肝功能、外周血象及肝脏病理改变、32磷在体内的分布 ,了解门静脉有无狭窄。结果 :胶体32磷酸铬注入门静脉或肝实质后主要分布于肝内 ,未见门静脉狭窄 ,实验前后外周血象无显著变化 ,肝功能呈一过性升高 ,肝脏病理检查肝组织无明显坏死。结论 :超声导向门静脉瘤栓穿刺注射胶体32磷酸铬行内放疗具有可行性

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the possibility of internal hepatic radiotherapy of portal venous tumor thrombosis.Methods:Cr32PO4 colloid was respectively injected into liver parenckyma near the left branch of portal vein and left branch of portal vein in twelve rabbits.Results:After injected into liver parenckyma or left branch of portal vein,Cr32PO4 colloid was mainly distributed in the liver.Portal vein stenosis was not detected.The counts of WBC,RBC,and PLT were not significantly decreased.The pathology of liver was not marked change.Conclusion:It is possible that Cr32PO4 colloid was injected into portal vein for the internal hepatic radiotherapy of portal venous tumor thrombosis. |
