双介入治疗复发性肝细胞癌

目的：为了评价复发性肝细胞癌的非手术治疗方法的疗效。方法：采用经皮肝动脉化疗栓塞（ＴＡＥ）结合Ｂ超引导下无水酒精注射（ＰＥＩ）双介入治疗５６例复发性肝细胞癌，并以同期ＴＡＥ治疗的４２昨发性肝癌及２８例手术再切除复发性肝癌为对照。结果：ＴＡＥ＋ＰＥＩ组的１，３，５年累计生存率分别为８９．０％，６６．５％和３３．８％，其中单个病灶者１．３，５年生存率为９１．３％，７９．６％和４６．９％。结论：ＴＡＥ＋

Treatment of recurrent hepatocellular carcinoma with a double interventional therapy

Objective: In order to assess the therapeutic value of a double interventional therapy of transcatheter arterial embolization (TAE) and percutaneous ethanol injection (PEI). Methods:56 patients with recurrent hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) were treated with TAE and PEI. as controls,a group of 42 cases with recurrent HCC was treated solely by TAE and a group of 28 cases was treated by second operation in same time. Results:The results showed that the 1,3 and 5 year survival rates of the TAE PEI group were 89.0%,66.5% and 33.8% respectively. Among the TAE PEI group,the 1,3 and 5 year survival rates of the patients with solitary recurrent lesion were 91.3%,79.6% and 46.9% respectively. The results also revealed that the therapeutic value of combination TAE and PEI was significantly excellent than that of TAE. The survival rates of the patients with solitary recurrent lesion treated by TAE PEI were close to that of treated the patients by second operation. The double interventional therapy of TAE and PEI also was of benefit to the patients with multiple recurrent lesions.Conclusion:Double interventional therapy of TAE and PEI is an appropriate treatment of patients with unresectable recurrent HCC.
