益气活血法对煤工尘肺呼吸功能的影响

目的:探讨煤工尘肺有效治疗方法.方法:选择已确诊的煤工尘肺住院病人60例,随机分为治疗和对照两组,各30例.对照组用对症治疗和/或抗纤维化治疗.治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上合用复方丹参注射液和黄芪注射液静脉滴注.观察两组治疗前后呼吸困难和肺功能改善情况.结果:治疗组呼吸困难和肺功能较对照组明显改善(P＜0.01和P＜0.05).结论:加用益气活血法治疗能有效改善煤工尘肺的呼吸功能.

Effect of Yiqi Huoxue Methods Treatment on Breath Function of Coal Workers with Pneumoconiosis

Objective: To study the effectively curative effect on pneumocomosis in coal workers. Methods:60 cases of pneumoconiosis diagnosed from coal workers in hospital were randomly divided into therapy group and control group (each 30 cases respectively). The therapy group was treated by Yiqi Huoxue methods (integrated Co. Danshen and Huangqi injection) on the base of that in control group.The control group was treated by normal therapy, complication therapy and anti fibrosis therapy. Then to observe the improvement condition of breath difficulty and lung function in both groups before and after treatment. Results: The breath difficulty and lung function in therapy group were improved more significantly than those in control group ( P <0.05 and P <0.01). Conclusion:Yiqi Huoxue methods can effectively improve the lung function of pneumoconiosis in coal workers.
