| 摘 要： | 目的比较螺旋水刀、刮吸刀及钳折法在肝脏外科的应用价值。方法回顾性对比分析螺旋水刀肝切除术2l例(A组)，刮吸刀肝切除术23例(B组)、钳折法肝切除术26例(C组)的临床资料。结果术中平均出血量A组约76ml，B组约180ml，C组约256ml；完成切肝时间A组平均45min，B组24．5min，C组37．1min；术中肝内管道的暴露A组效果最佳。结论应用螺旋水刀能满意地完成不规则肝切除、半肝切除术，在肝门区肝癌切除术中更具优势。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the application of helix hydro-jet during hepatectomy.Methods The clinical data of 21 cases(group A) with hepatectomy of helix hydor-jet,23 cases(group B) with hepatectomy of PMOD and 26 cases(group C) with hepatectomy of clamping method were analyzed retrospectively and comparatively.Results The average intraoperative bleeding was 76ml in group A,180ml in group B and 256ml in group C.The average operative time was 45 minutes in group A,24.5 minutes in group B and 37.1 minutes in group C;Group A is the best for the exposure of intrahepatic canal during operation.Conclusion The helix hydro-jet can get a satisfactory effects to finish an anomalous hepatectomy,hemi-hepatectomy and have more superiority to hepatectomy of hepatocarcinoma in porta hepatis. |
