强地松与平阳霉素治疗血管瘤的对照观察

目的：评价强地松与平阳霉素及鱼油酸钠治疗婴幼儿海绵状血管瘤的疗效。方法：用口服强地松与平阳霉素瘤腔内注射分别治疗颌面部海绵状血管瘤共102例。随访6个月。1年。采用卡方检验处理资料。结果：强地松治疗组治愈率41％，总有效率63％。平阳霉素组患者治愈率75％，总有效率86％。结论：两种方法中，平阳霉素瘤腔内注射治疗婴幼儿颌面部海绵状血管瘤的效果最佳，并且并发症低、副作用小。可作为临床首选治疗方案。

The clinlcal control observation between Pingyangmycin and cortisone treatment in infants and children cavernous hemangioma

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of Pingyangmycui and cortisone treatment in infants and children cavernous hemangioma . Methods: The medical records of 102patients with cavernous hemangioma in the maxillofacial regions between January 1997 and January 2003 were obsterved. Those hemangiorna were given by Pingyangmycin and cortisone respectively for therapy, the total number of patients were followed up for 6 months - 1 year. Chi - square test analysis was used for date analysis. Results: The cure rate in cortisone group is 41% ,with total validity is 63% .The cure rate in Pingyangmycin group is 75%, with total validity 86% . Conclusion: Pingyangmycin is better than Cortisone in treatment of infants and children cavernous mangioma ,Pingyangmycin also has less complications and side - effects.
