| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨放疗对骨转移癌所致疼痛的治疗价值。方法 应用放射治疗方法治疗骨转移癌病人78例,并对两组数据进行统计学处理。结果 放疗总有效率为92.31％,其中多分割组和小分割组的总有效率分别为91.30％和93.75％。经统计处理,两组放疗后的疗效无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 放射治疗对骨转移癌病人的止痛效果较好,应为首先的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective to study the efficacy of radiotherapy to the pain by metastatic carcinoma of bone. Methodrs 78 cases of patients with metastatic carcinoma of home was treated by radiotherapy. Results total efficarous rate of radiotherapy is 92.31 percent, the efficacious rafe of mutiseparate group is 91.30 percent, less-separate group, 93. 75 percent, difference in efficacy between two groups is not sigrificant statistically cp 70.05). Conclusion effrcacy of radiotherapy to the pain by mefastatic carcinoma of bone is very good and radrotherapy must be selected finstly to release the pain. |
