| 摘 要： | 脊髓损伤后排尿和排便功能障碍严重影响患者的健康和生活质量。在目前脊髓再生研究尚无重大突破的情况下 ,经神经途径重建截瘫患者的膀胱功能是近 2 0年来研究的热点 ,且部分术式已应用于临床。本文着重介绍了这方面的进展 ,希望能为进一步的研究提供参考

| Abstract: | Dysfunction of micturition and defecation after spinal cord injury would severely affect the health and life quality of paraplegics. At present, there is no remarkable advance in the study in spinal cord regeneration. Reconstruction of bladder function via nerve pathway of paraplegics has become the focus of research activities in recent 2 decades . Some of the research results had been translated to clinical practice. This article is intended to introduce the advances in this field which may be helpful for further studies. |
