桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤115例临床观察

摘    要:目的探讨桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效。方法将115例子宫肌瘤患者随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组又分为调整剂量组和常规剂量组。实验组口服不同剂量的桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗,对照组171服米非司酮治疗。比较三组疗效以及实验组中调整剂量组和常规剂量组的不良反应。结果调整剂量组的总有效率高于对照组的总有效率(P〈0.05),对月经量过多的改善率调整剂量组明显高于对照组(P〈0.05),与对照组比较调整剂量组子宫肌瘤体积有明显缩小(P〉0.05),调整剂量组和常规剂量组不良反应的发生率无明显差异(P〉0.05)。结论桂枝茯苓胶囊用于治疗子宫肌瘤有明显疗效,尤其治疗头2个月适当增加剂量,在不增加不良反应的情况下更能提高疗效,有其临床应用价值。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the curative effect of Guizhi Fuling Jiaonang(GFJ) in cases with hysteromyoma. Methods Divided 115 cases with hysteromyoma into experimental group treated with GFJ - adjusted dose group and conventional dose group-and control group treated with mifepristone. Made a comparision on curative effect and side effect among groups. Results The total effective rate of adjusted dose group was higher than control group(P<0.05), the improvement rate of adjusted group on mentrual blood increase was higher than control group (P<0.05), and the decrease of hysteromyoma capacity of adjusted dose group was more significant than control group(P<0.05), the difference of incidence rate of side effect between conventional dose group and adjusted dose group was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion GFJ is significantly effective in cases with hysteromyoma, and have clinical value. Especially, properly increasing dose during the initial two months can improve it,s curative effect without more side effect.
