摘    要:医院文化已成为医院生存和发展的基础和精神支柱。医院文化建设是一个持续的过程,医院品牌建设则会推动医院文化建设向深层次发展。本文论述了医院品牌建设的内涵、作用和重要性,以及其所产生的品牌联动效应对医院文化建设产生的影响。

Abstract:The hospital culture has already been the foundation and spiritual pillar for its survival and development. The cultural construction of the hospital is a lasting course,while the brand construction promotes the cultural construction of the hospital to the further development. This paper has described the intension, function and importance of the hospital brand construction, as well as the influence of domino effect caused by it on the hospital culture construction.
