摘    要:应用基因克隆技术,使高纯度的HBV DNA(adw_2)的EcoRI酶切片段分别与经同种限制性内切酶切割的PBR322和pUC18质粒DNA片段重组,转化到相应的E.coli受体菌中,经筛选和鉴定,得到了含有完整HB V(adw_2)基因组的分子克隆。

Abstract:The highly purified hepatitis B virus (HBV) DNA (adw_2) was digested with EcoRI, and the fragment was recombinated with EcOR I linerized pBR 322 andpUC 18 by use of the techniques of gene cloning. The recombinant plasmids ofpBR 322-HBV DNA and pUC 18-HBV DNA were then transformed into E. coliHB 101 and JM83 separately. Through further screening and characterization, wegot the cloning strains which contain the complete genome of HBV DNA(adw_2).
