食管癌survivin基因与细胞核增殖基因Ki-67相关性研究

目的　探讨食管癌survivin基因和Ki- 6 7增殖基因之间的关系 ,证实此两种基因可作为食管癌早期诊断的指标基因。方法　应用免疫组化 (S -P法 )检测了 6 1例食管癌组织、12例癌旁组织和 12例正常食管组织中Survivin、Ki- 6 7的表达率 ,分析Survivin和Ki- 6 7在食管癌与癌旁组织及正常组织之间有何差异 ,探讨两种基因在不同组织中表达的相关性。结果　食管癌患者survivin基因和Ki - 6 7的阳性表达水平分别为79.2 6 % (4 8/ 6 1)和 6 9.6 4 % (4 3/ 6 1) ,明显高于对照组 (食管正常组织 ) (P <0 .0 1)。两者间表达成显著正相关 (r=0 .4 2 ,P <0 .0 1)。结论　不同性质食管组织中survivin和Ki- 6 7的表达水平不同 ,两者之间表达明显相关 ,可以作为食管癌临床诊断的可靠指标

Correlation between Expression of Survivin Gene and Cell Proliferation Gene Ki- 67 in Esophageal Cancer

Objective To investigate the correlation between expression of Survivin gene and cell proliferation ki-67 in esophageal cancer. To confirm this two gene as marker gene of esophageal cancer forepart diagnosis. Methods Expression of Survivin gene and Ki-67 was detected by immunohistochemical techniques(S-P) in 61 cases of esophageal cancer,12 cases of the adjacent tumor tissues and 12 cases of benign lesions,respective1y analyze the expression of Survivin gene in protein level and that of Ki-67 index in esophageal cancer tissues. Results In esophageal cancer,the expression rate of Survivin gene and Ki-67 index in protein level was 79.26% (48/61) and 69.64%(43/61),respectively,significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.0l).There was a significantly positive correlation between ther (r=0.42,P<0.01). Conclusion There was overexpression of Survivin gene in esophageal cancer tissues. As a specific biomarker of malignant tumors,Survivin gene and ki-67 may also serve as a definite diagnostic marker for esophageal cancer.
