| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年肺癌患者手术前后的护理措施。方法总结80例老年肺癌患者手术前后的舒适护理过程。结果常规护理40例(A组)与舒适护理40例(B组)相比,住院时间延长5.6天,并发症发生率高3%。结论护理措施在老年肺癌患者的治疗中具有重要作用,可明显提高治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the nursing measures for aged patients with lung cancer before or after operation.Methods: Evaluating the comfort nursing process for 80 aged patients with lung cancer before or after operation.Results: 40 patients received common nursing(Group A),and 40 patients received comfort nursing(Group B).The length of stay in Group A was 5.6 days longer than that of Group B,and the rate of complications in Group A was 3% higher than that in Group B.Conclusions: Nursing measure is very important for aged parients with lung cancer,and it can strengthen the clinical effect obviously. |
