总结了6例Crouzon综合征患儿的围手术期护理要点.术前重点配合医生完善各项检查,加强患儿和家长的心理疏导.术后积极预防并发症,包括硬膜外血肿、颅内感染及脑脊液漏等,同时重视眼部和呼吸道护理.本组患儿出院时颅内压正常,突眼症状和颅面畸形有较大程度的改善,患儿和家长对外观均较为满意,目前仍在随访中.

Perioperative nursing of 6 children with Crouzon syndrome

This paper summarizes the perioperative nursing of 6 children with Crouzon syndrome.Preoperative care focused on cooperation with doctors to complete preoperative examinations and psychological nursing of the children and their parents.After operation,the key points in nursing were eye care,airway management and prevention of postoperative complications,such as epidural hematoma,intracranial infection,cerebrospinal fluid leakage.All of the children were discharged with normal level of intracranial pressure and relieved symptoms of exophthalmos and craniofacial deformities.The appearance improved well that all the children and their parents were satisfied.
