术中射频联合门静脉置化疗泵治疗结直肠癌肝转移的临床分析

目的观察术中射频联合门静脉置化疗泵治疗结直肠肝转移的疗效、生存期及安全性。方法治疗组10例患者术中切除结直肠原发肿瘤,并术中行肝转移瘤射频消融术及门静脉置化疗泵化疗,对照组既往20例除姑息切除原发肿瘤,术中未行其它治疗。结果治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组,治疗组有效率70.0%,而对照组有效率10.0%,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);观察治疗组和对照组的1、3、6、12和18个月生存率,治疗组为100%,100%,80.0%,60.0%和60.0%,对照组为70.0%,50.0%,30.0%,5.0%和0,两组差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论术中射频联合门静脉置化疗泵可有效治疗结直肠癌肝转移。

Combined intraoperative radiofrequency ablation and portal vein infusion chemotherapy in treating patients with liver metastasis of colorectal cancer

Objective To evaluate therapeutic effect and safety of application of combined radio-frequency ablation (RFA) and portal vein infusion chemotherapy in treating patients with liver metastasis of colorectal cancer. Methods In the treatment group, 10 patients with colorectal cancer and liver metastases received combined RFA and portal vein infusion chemotherapy after colorectal resection. Twenty patients in the control group underwent colorectal resection only. Results The incidence of CR+PR in the treatment group was 70.0% and that in the control group was 10.0%. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).The survival rates of the treatment group at 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, 18 months, after operation were 100%, 100%, 80.0%, 60.0% and 60.0% respectively, whereas those of the control group were 70.0%, 50.0%, 30.0%, 5.0% and, 0 respectively. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Combined RFA and portal vein infusion chemotherapy after colorectal resection is effective in treating patients with liver metastasis of colorectal cancer.
