中药配合心理干预对强直性脊柱炎的疗效及焦虑抑郁的影响

目的：观察中药配合心理干预治疗AS临床疗效及对焦虑、抑郁的影响。方法：将84例符合纳入标准的AS患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予舒肝强脊汤同时进行心理干预,对照组给予柳氮磺胺吡啶（SASP）口服,疗程为4周。治疗前后观察BASDAI、BASFI、ASAS20、BASDAI50、SAS、SDS。结果：治疗后2组BASDAI、BASFI评分均明显下降,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;治疗前后BASDAI、BASFI评分差值比较,2组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。与对照组比较,治疗组ASAS20、BASDAI50明显改善,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。2组治疗前后SAS、SDS评分差值比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：中药配合心理干预的临床疗效优于SASP,不仅改善AS患者临床症状,而且显著减轻患者的抑郁焦虑程度。

Therapeutic Effect of Ankylosing Spondylitis Treated with TCM Mental Intervention Therapy and the Influence on Anxiety and Depression

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of ankylosing spondylitis(AS) treated by TCM mental intervention therapy and the influence on anxiety and depression.Methods:84 AS patients in accordance with the inclusion criteria were randomly assigned to treatment group receiving TCM mental intervention therapy and control group receiving sulfasalazine(SASP) treatment.The treatment lasts 4 weeks.BASDAI、BASFI、ASAS20、BASDA150、SAS、SDS were recorded before and after treatment.Results:BASDAI and BASFI scores of both groups were positively improved compared with that before the treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The difference value of BASDAI and BASFI between pre and after treatment in both groups had a significant difference(P<0.01).Compared to control group,ASAS20、BASDA150 scores of treatment group were improved significantly,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The difference value of SAS and SDS between pre and after treatment in both groups had a significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:TCM mental intervention therapy is better than SASP in clinical effect,not only in relieving the clinical symptoms,but also in easing the degree of anxiety and depression.
