某焦化项目职业危害控制效果评价

摘    要:目的明确某焦化建设项目产生的职业病危害因素,分析其危害程度及对劳动者健康的影响,提出职业病危害的关键控制点和防护的特殊要求,保护劳动者身体健康。方法采用现场职业卫生调查、工作场所职业病危害因素检测、检查表法等方法对该建设项目进行评价。结果该建设项目主要职业病危害因素为:粉尘、噪声、高温及焦炉逸散物、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、苯乙烯、萘、苯酚、二硫化碳、CO、NO、NO2、SO2、NH3、氢氧化钠、硫化氢、氰化氢、硫酸、碳酸钠共18种有毒物质;经现场检测,16种有毒物质的合格率为100.0%,焦炉逸散物超标率达69.2%,1个一氧化碳作业点超标,粉尘时间加权平均浓度合格率为75.0%,短时间接触浓度合格率为75.8%。噪声超标率为11.9%。结论该项目属于职业病危害严重的建设项目,应进一步改进职业病危害防护措施,加强职业卫生管理,加大职业病防护知识宣传,提高劳动者的自我防护意识。

Abstract:Objective To confirm the occupational hazards generated by the construction project,analyze the degree of harm and the impact on the workers’ health,put forward critical control points and the protection requirements.Methods The methods of field occupational health investigation,detection of occupational hazards in the workplace and checklist were applied to evaluate the construction project.Results In the production process,the major occupational hazard material were dust,noise,heat and coke oven emissions,BTEX,naphthalene,carbon monoxide,nitrogen oxides,sulfur dioxide,ammonia,sodium hydroxide,hydrogen sulfide,cyanide hydrogen,sulfuric acid,sodium carbonate.In monitored workplace,4 kinds of occupational hazards exceeded national standards,including dust,noise,coke oven emissions and carbon monoxide.Exceeding rate of coke oven emissions was 69.2%.One operating point of carbon monoxide didn’t accord with the occupational health standards.Qualified rate of dust time-weighted average concentration was 75.0%,that of short-term exposure concentration was 75.8%.Exceeding rate of noise was 11.9%.Conclusion The project is serious occupational project.It is suggested that occupational preventive facilities should be further refined and improved to prevent the related risk factors.
