| 摘 要： | 目的 :比较辅酶Q10 、苯那普利以及辅酶Q10 苯那普利三组药物治疗原发性高血压疗效。方法 :采用随机、单盲的方法 ,运用 2 4小时动态血压监测。结果 :两药均能显著降低血压 ,但组间比较无显著性差异 ;两药联合治疗优于任一单一用药治疗 (P <0 0 5 )。各组均有较高的谷 /峰比值。结论 :辅酶Q10 是一疗效确实、安全的降压药物 ,与苯那普利合用有更强的降压作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To compare the antihypertensive efficacy of coenzyme Q_ 10 with enazepril and coenzyme Q_ 10 combining Benazepril. Methods:Used 24h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring(ABPM) in patients with randomized,simple-blind method. Results: Blood pressure decreased significantly in all groups. There was no significant difference in antihypertensive efficacy among the groups. The combination of coenzyme Q_ 10 and Benazepril decreased blood pressure stronger than coenzyme Q_ 10 or Benazepril alone in patients with hypertension(P<0.05). Each group had higher T/P ratio. Conclusion:Coenzyme Q_ 10 is a true effitive and safe antihypertensive drug,Combining coenzyme Q_ 10 and Benazepril had more stronger effect in decreasing blood pressure. |
