纳米羟基磷灰石修复牙槽骨缺损后正畸牙齿移动的可行性研究

摘    要:目的:观察牙齿在纳米羟基磷灰石(nHA)修复牙槽骨缺损组织中的移动及牙周组织中破骨细胞的表达情况,进一步了解牙齿移动过程中牙周组织的改建规律,探讨在nHA修复牙槽骨缺损后的组织中进行牙齿移动的可行性。方法;建立nHA修复兔牙槽骨缺损后的牙齿移动模型,测量牙齿移动的距离;制作组织学切片,对破骨细胞的表达进行分析。结果:同时间点破骨细胞计数在实验组与对照组的表达差异均无统计学意义。结论:在牙槽骨修复区域移动牙齿,其牙周组织改建规律与正常牙槽骨基本一致,提示nHA修复后的牙槽骨组织可以进行正畸牙齿移动。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the tooth movement after nano--hydroxyapatite (nHA)repairing of alveo- lar bone defect and the expression of osteoclasts in the periodontal tissue to have a better understanding of the remodeling of periodontal tissue and to explore the feasibility of the tooth movement in alveolar bone defect tissue repaired with nHA. Methods:We established the rabbit models of tooth movement after alveolar defect repairing, measured the distance of tooth movement and prepared HE histological sections and analyzed the expression of osteoclasts. Results:There was no significant difference in the osteoclast counts at the same time points between experimental group and control group. Conclusion:The alveolar bone repair area showed the periodontal tissue remodeling is basically consistent with that of the normal alveolar bone, suggesting that the bone repaired with nHA is suitable for orthodontic tooth movement.
